|Recommended: NoI have fleas in my apt — i have called and left 2 voice mails no one picked up and no one has called back... they had their quarterly pest control come by 1 month ago and nothing was left in or around our apt notifying us that he had actually done anything and a month later we have fleas in our apt... coincidence?

|Recommended: YesGood value for your money. — Mostly quiet with a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice and spacious for the price, but the appliances are pretty outdated and tend to have issues.
|Recommended: YesConvenient, accommodating & a great place to reside — I always praise living there; it is a great place to live if you are in school or having a full-time job, like myself. I don't have to worry about late night people screaming & partying. The staff is extremely helpful and concerned about issues going on. They keep you well-informed. It's an extremely ideal location as well. No complaints!

|Recommended: YesExtremely friendly and helpful — I have not moved in yet at the time of this survey. However, with my "move-in emergency" situation, they have been extremely helpful and friendly. The online process makes the application process go much faster. Very pleased.
|Recommended: No1980's kitchen and bathroom countertops, cabinets and tub — The apartments are very outdated. Old dishwashers, plywood cabinet doors, old laminate counter tops. Quiet and secluded but very, very outdated.

|Recommended: YesGreat community to live. — The apartment complex is well maintained and very quiet. Housekeeping issues are always handled in a timely manner and the office staff calls to check on issues to make sure they were handled to the satisfaction of the tenant. It's an older apartment complex. However, what it lacks in amenities and appliances, it makes up for with polite, competent staff and community safety.

The staff is very helpful, especially Jill and Alisha, who were both outstanding in clarifying a question that my husband and I had concerning our lease. The community is overall quiet with respectful tenants throughout the entire complex. The location is perfect, and my husband and I are very pleased with our decision to live in Chateaux Dijon.
