|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, Great People — This is a great place to live. Been living here for a year now, just renewed my lease. The facilities are great, the staff is super friendly and great, and tenants for the most part is great. Pet friendly, well kept common areas, clubhouse, pools, dog park. It's a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — This complex is the best place to live if you are looking for a first apartment. Whether it be by yourself or with roommates. The split rent is just the cherry on top, especially if you are a working college student. 10 10 would recommend this complex
|Recommended: YesQuick Move - Settled Fast — We are so grateful for the terrific staff at Chateaux Dijon who helped us get settled quickly with an unexpected move to Baton Rouge. The maintenance staff helped us with a few issues and it wasn't long before we were right at home. Thanks for helping making everything go so smoothly. We love it here

They take care of all your needs quickly and they check in with you to see how you’re doing amd if you need anything. Emily, manager is awesome along with all of the staff. maintenance is quick and have taken care of my maintenance request the same day A big thank you to everyone. Love living here❤️
|Recommended: YesCommon Community Path way — It would really be great if community path way do not have pot holes. It has damaged our car few times. During rains, water accumulates due to which there are too many flies and mosquitoes. Going out for a walk with a new born becomes very difficult and scary. If something can be done to fix the pot holes as early as possible, it will be greatly appreciated.

All items were resolved to our satisfaction within a few days of submitting request which was appreciated. Great place to live, super nice staff and very helpful. Apartment very nice and centrally located making it easy access to everything. Thanks

I have a referral coming and will definitely refer others needing a place to live whether permanent or temporary.
