|Recommended: YesNicest and Most Affordable Place I've Lived — I've moved around a lot in my adult life and I've had bad experiences with every apartment complex I've lived in. Chateaux Dijon is the first place I don't have much to complain about. The only bad thing I've found is that I have to park farther away if I get home late because spots are taken, but that's a very good thing if that's the only bad thing about living here. We do have a covered parking spot, but my brother uses that for his bikes, so if you only have one vehicle that wouldn't even be a problem for you. The office staff and maintenance are all really friendly and helpful. The apartments are really nice, the swimming pools and patio areas have always been clean, and it's really nice to have the tennis courts and stuff in the back. Overall, Chateaux Dijon has been a blessing to us while we've had to deal with a lot of other stressful things in our life.

|Recommended: YesHospitality — I visited the property and was feeling pretty down in the dumps due to a recent separation with my spouse. The Leasing Consultant, Bo made me feel so comfortable and just did not know that after the tour, I was on top of the world. This is an older property however the way it is maintained alone was impressive. Haylee then followed up with me to make sure that I was comfortable and didn't need anything. I am now glad to be a new resident

|Recommended: YesGood for Graduate school or first job — If you are looking for a month to month rent that will not break the bank in Baton Rouge... look no further. I enjoyed living here and have no complaints, especially for the price. I would suggest living on the second floor due to the fact that you can hear your neighbor, if you live on the first and the smoke alarm went off every time we cooked but hey, thats college living. It is a quiet and safe location and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Always felt safe, which is my main requirement.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live! — Chateaux Dijon is a really great place to live. They really make you feel comfortable here. The maintenance is amazing, and the customer service is stellar. If you have an issue with your apartment, they will send someone out quickly, and they even call to make sure that everything's running smoothly after.

|Recommended: NoThe noise between the apartments is terrible. — I stayed with a friend of mine for about four weeks over the holidays and the noise from the apartment upstairs was a nightmare. Just try to get some sleep with all that racket. The noise in the other apartments travels easily and the management doesn't care at all. I parked my car in my friends space and the neighbor dinged my car several times. This is a horrible place to live. I wish I didn't have to spend tome here to learn how bad it really is here.
