|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Good place and nearby hospitals and shopping. Only premises needs to be maintained properly. Common areas never cleaned up, especially the stair cases in the entire community.

|Recommended: YesAesthetically pleasing, quiet, quaint, clean — The property provides outdoor entertainment i.e. BBQ grills, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, etc. that allows residents to invite guests instead of partaking in the Baton Rouge night scene. The courtyard is tranquil and clean. The employees are professional and handle problems in a timely manner.

Conveniently located between the 1-10 and I-12 split, Chateaux Dijon is quiet and has a wonderful team of professionals in their office and maintenance division. I have had to call maintenance for minor issues and they always respond quickly and fix the problem immediately. I'd recommend this to professionals looking for a modest residence in the Essen area.
|Recommended: YesBeen here 4 years and love it here. — It's a nice, peaceful place to live. Most professional renters, so not a lot of loud partying. Right between I-10 and I-12 so easy to get anywhere you want. Friendly neighbors. Wonderful office and maintenance staff. Always work to fix any problem or complaint as quickly as possible.

|Recommended: YesPretty swanky place to live — Community is nice and helpful, I feel extremely safe. Staff is wonderful The only thing is traffic. But, that’s out of their control. I love living here.

|Recommended: YesNice, established, and quiet — This is one of the most peaceful apartment complexes that I have ever lived in. It may be dated but it more than makes up for it in the friendliness of the office staff, the peaceful fountains around the property, the quiet and safe grounds, as well as the ideal location. I feel safe walking the grounds and it has a very peaceful atmosphere.
