|Recommended: YesChateaux Dijon — The property overall is nice, but I have always had a problem with hearing my upstairs neighbors. You can hear the floor squeaking as they walk very loudly.

|Recommended: YesLovely, quiet property with respective residents ❤️ — Living at Chateaux Dijon is lovely. It's typically quiet, aside from the noise from the construction of the renovations of the apartments both above and beside my own which I was not forewarned of. We have sustained some damage to the ceiling in the bathroom and kitchen from the construction of the apartment above. The glue from the flooring has seeped up and out leaving black spots throughout the entirety of the apartment. Also, not sure if it has been from the construction or neighbors who aren't good at cleaning, but roaches have been an issue since moving in, in August. We've had the apartment sprayed for pests maybe twice since moving in and though it seems the little tiny roaches have been kept at bay, we still get the occasional big cockroaches, however, I believe those are coming from outside. Other than the aforementioned issues, this property is indeed quite lovely, my neighbors have been polite and respectful, even the mailman is extremely nice. The grounds are well maintained and I love the little courtyards with the fountain and seatings, It is perfect for reading and a hot cup of tea.

|Recommended: YesGreat location and nice apartment — We recently moved to this apartment and best part is the location. Its a gate community so we feel safe during night. Apartment is nice as well from inside. all appliances and carpet were new.
You can submit maintenance request on phone and online, and maintenance is usually very prompt.
You can notice maintenance people making sure the apartment is clean and look aesthetic.
You will get designated parking place and other than that you will also have ample place from unassigned parking. There is also 2 tennis court, one basket ball and volley ball court to play. Swimming pool in each building makes it reachable to all especially in covid situation.

|Recommended: YesAn amazing complex ran by amazing staff — Moving here was the best decision my boyfriend and I could have made. This is hands down the best management I have ever had in an apartment complex. If there are issues on site pertaining to maintenance they take at most 2 days to resolve an issue. They acknowledge if they made a mistake and do everything in their power to remedy the situation. 10 10 would recommend Chateaux Dijon to anyone looking for a great apartment complex with management that really makes you feel at home.

|Recommended: YesGreat, Quiet, Nice, and Safe — Perfect for Baton Rouge business area, get a nice size space with nice and quiet neighbors. Front office was always helpful, I mostly worked with Olivia, who always helped us out which is awesome.

|Recommended: YesClean, quiet, great parking, helpful staff — A short-term stay but it was quiet, the grounds are well kept, the amenities are awesome fitness center, pools, grills, carwash . I will definitely come back here if I get another contract in Baton Rouge. My apartment was super sized spacious
